Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities, ensure food quality and presentation, manage kitchen staff, and maintain food safety standards at Nanjing Jiangning Autograph Collection hotel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and workers

Requirements:

  • Ability to ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
  • Experience maintaining kitchen logs for food safety programs
  • Ability to assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
