Assist the US Senior Motorsports and West Coast Manager, Commercial Director and sales teams of Racing Force in generating sales and achieving the sales targets by providing outstanding sales and customer service support to retail customers, customers placing orders on racing force brand websites including OMP, Bell Racing and Racing Spirit and dealers as needed. Oversee sales of the Corona, California Pro Store sales floor, answer the 800-phone line, assist with motorsports driver and team sales.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all sales floor of the Indianapolis showroom including sales, customer service, inventory management, and merchandising
Work with the US Senior Motorsports and West Coast Manager and Commercial Director to determine the products sold and displayed in the Pro Store
Coordinate the in-store sale, invoicing and delivery of Racing Force products with the warehouse team
Coordinate regular inventory transfers and shipments to maintain stock levels
Assist retail and walk in customers and help them with proper product sizing, and selection
Responsible for the accurate and timely entry of all sales orders
Responsible for the square retail order entry cash register and deposit of funds in the local PNC branch
Maintain a working and thorough knowledge of Racing Force products
Research and pilot sales and merchandising techniques and methods to enhance the consumer experience
Assist the motorsports team with athlete sponsorship orders and VIP discount orders
Assist with local and west coast sales events and promotions
Assist with B2B sales orders entry
Provide technical support and facilitate technical questions
Responsible for all customer service and technical inquiries from Racing Force brand websites
Answer customer questions on products, pricing and product availability
Help troubleshoot customer issues and provide a resolution
Responsible for making sure e-mail inquiries are responded to in a timely manner
Answer the 800 line
Answer the company’s info account
Assist the warehouse employees with sales orders generated from walk-in traffic
Use the hand-held scanner to transfer inventory between the main warehouse to the Pro Store
Conduct inventory counts of the Pro Store
Requirements:
2 years of sales or customer service experience required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to detail
Ability to lead, motivate others and contribute to a team atmosphere
Fluent in English
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Proficient in Windows-based applications including MS Word and Excel
Nice to have:
Experience in racing preferred
Spanish as a secondary language preferred
Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks or similar system a plus
