Für unseren Standort in Unterschleißheim bei München suchen wir dich als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich HR, Project Coordination & Administrative Support (befristet bis 31.12.2026). Du unterstützt unsere Teams bei der Organisation, Strukturierung und Dokumentation verschiedener Projekte und Workstreams. Du übernimmst zentrale Aufgaben, die für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, klare Kommunikation und effiziente Zusammenarbeit entscheidend sind. Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, wertvolle Praxiserfahrung in einem globalen Healthcare‑Unternehmen zu sammeln und deine Fähigkeiten in Projektarbeit, Administration und Kommunikation weiterzuentwickeln.

Job Responsibility

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Projekten und Workstreams
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Dokumentationen
  • Vorbereitung, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Meetings und Workshops inkl. Protokollführung
  • Unterstützung der internen Projektkommunikation und Informationsaufbereitung
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen und Unterlagen für unterschiedliche Stakeholder
  • Pflege von Kommunikations- und Dokumentationskanälen sowie Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Informationsflusses
  • Projektbezogene Unterstützung einzelner HR Workstreams, inkl. administrativer Aufgaben, Koordination und Prozessdokumentation
  • Mitarbeit an ausgewählten Themen je nach Bedarf

Requirements

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in der Rechtswissenschaften, BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen in Projektkoordination, Administration oder Prozessarbeit von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste Einblicke in ein international agierendes Unternehmen
  • Sehr gutes Organisationstalent und Freude daran, mehrere Aufgaben parallel zu strukturieren
  • Proaktive, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
