Job Description:

As a Werkstudent - Creative Services Operations, you will support the account management team, assist in ad creative creation and optimization, help onboard partners, coordinate with creative teams, prepare client materials, conduct research, track projects, and support client creator sourcing.

Job Responsibility:

Support the account management team in delivering best-in-class service to clients
Assist in the creation, localization, and optimization of digital ad creatives, with a focus on the German market
Help onboard new partners onto the Shuttlerock platform and provide ongoing support
Support the coordination with creative and production teams to ensure projects meet client brand guidelines and are delivered on time
Prepare client-facing materials including presentations, reports, and creative proposals
Conduct research on creative trends, industry best practices, and competitor campaigns
Track and update project progress using tools such as Slack, Trello, and Hubspot
Support client needs by helping to source and coordinate with creators (e.g., influencers, UGC partners, or content contributors)

Requirements:

Native-level German (spoken and written) and fluent English
Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Interest in advertising, digital marketing, and creative production
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Ability to translate client/agency requirements into actionable creative briefs
Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have:

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), or video production
Additional French a plus
