Job Description

To be creative in developing spa treatments and Well-being offerings generating revenue. Able to perform body treatments according to established protocols ensuring all guests experience pure peace and relaxation.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct regular inspections of treatment rooms to ensure cleanliness, organization, hygiene standards, and full replenishment of supplies and amenities
  • Maintain a serene, welcoming, and relaxing spa environment by ensuring appropriate ambient lighting, music, and room temperature at all times
  • Introducing wellness program for the guest
  • Deliver high-quality, professional spa treatments to guests, including but not limited to massage therapies, yoga class and body treatments, in accordance with established spa standards and protocols

Requirements

  • Certified for massage and Yoga
  • At least 3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and command of English are essential
  • Excellent communication and exceptional guest service skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Guest centricity and understanding of the importance of guests' preferences
