Job Description:

We’re looking for a Wellness Specialist to join our team in our brand-new beauty‑only store in Bristol. You’ll champion wellbeing at every touchpoint, helping customers discover routines and products that nurture both their lifestyle and their confidence. On the shop floor, you’ll create empowering, personalised experiences — offering expert wellness advice, understanding individual needs, and recommending beauty‑aligned solutions that fit into holistic self‑care practices. From boosting everyday wellbeing to helping customers feel more balanced, confident, and informed, you’ll play a key role in their journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support all wellness brands, offering expert, unbiased advice
  • Use open questions to understand customer needs and offer holistic wellness solutions and products, including our in‑store and online services, referring to specialists where needed
  • Use sales and communication skills every day to connect with customers and support their unique wellness needs
  • Help keep shelves stocked, tidy, and looking their best throughout the day

  • Maximise front counter and back counter trade and telephone sales. There may be a degree of online admin work with eBay and internet shop
  • Responsible for daily ordering of parts requested by customers (VORs) and be involved In discussions with parts manager to ascertain if an immobilised VOR order is required
  • Responsible for ordering of parts to maximise customer fill whilst considering stock turn, as to avoid VORs where possible (unless a customer request demands a VOR action)
