Wellness Instructor

• Conduct daily wellness sessions, including yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices, for guests of all skill levels
• Customise sessions based on guests' needs, health conditions, and fitness levels, ensuring a safe and serene environment
• Promote holistic wellness through various techniques, educating guests on the physical and mental benefits of wellness practices
• Provide wellness consultations and assessments, supporting spa events, retreats, and workshops as needed
• Maintain studio space and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with the spa and fitness team to align wellness offerings and promote classes to encourage guest participation
• Build guest loyalty by creating a positive, welcoming, and rejuvenating experience
• Adapt instruction methods to accommodate diverse guest backgrounds and abilities
• Stay updated on the latest trends and research in wellness practices to continually enhance our offerings

• Certification in wellness instruction (e.g., Yoga Instructor certification) or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a spa, hotel, or wellness centre
• Strong knowledge of various wellness concepts and mind-body practices, including yoga, meditation, and breathwork
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for health, wellness, and exceptional guest service
• Ability to adapt instruction to different skill levels and physical abilities
• Empathetic and supportive approach to guest interactions
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Collaborative team player with a professional demeanour
