Job Responsibility

Responsible for the day-to-day implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at the community – including scheduling, training, and managing of all Resident Services staff
Support Resident Services Staff
Responsible for interviewing, making recommendations regarding wages, hiring, training, developing, directing, and evaluating the Resident Service staff in accordance with Atria guidelines
Supervise, develop, and schedule the resident services staff according to Atria’s policies, procedures and standards
Organize and update in-service binder and manages the in-services calendar to schedule in-services
Provide support to frontline staff as needed
Schedule and supervise staff
available to cover staffing when needed
Operate the Resident Services Department within budget and according to community policies, procedures, and standards
Communicate scheduling to care staff and management in a clear and timely manner
