Job Description:

Manages book of business for achieving revenue, customer, membership and/or profit earnings growth by providing strategic and technical support throughout the sales support process. Responsible for partnering with sales and account management teams to consult with prospective and existing customers to provide their employees with the best possible wellness programs. Applies in-depth knowledge in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programs to reduce health risks, healthcare costs, and population absenteeism due to illness and disability.

Job Responsibility:

Manages book of business for achieving revenue, customer, membership and/or profit earnings growth
Provides strategic and technical support throughout the sales support process
Partners with sales and account management teams to consult with prospective and existing customers
Applies in-depth knowledge in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of wellness programs
Establishes and implements programs and innovative initiatives to advance Wellness initiatives
Forecasts changes within the Wellness industry and develops modification strategies
Implements health promotion strategy and maintains proactive relationships with plan sponsors and brokers
Confers with sales and service staff to identify customers who may benefit from wellness programs
Implements processes to evaluate wellness programs that reduce health risks and healthcare costs
Delivers internal and external training focused on wellness programs
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities

Requirements:

4 years of experience in the population health industry
Significant Knowledge of Population Health and Wellbeing Industry
Able to speak comfortably on common chronic conditions
Some understanding of engagement and reporting outcomes of population health initiatives
Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Adept at business intelligence
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
