Job Description:

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Wellness Coach Dietitian to our Population Health Transformation Department at Baptist Metro Square. This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conducting health risk assessments and anthropometric measurements
  • Develop meal plans and provide nutritional education for clients
  • Implementing nutrition care plans and medical nutrition therapy
  • Communicate effectively in-person, telephonically, and virtually with clients and multidisciplinary teams
  • Field referrals with a focus on pre-diabetic and diabetic patients
  • Must be willing to travel locally and work early morning and evenings as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years Customer Service Experience
  • 1-2 years Experience conducting health risk assessments
  • 1-2 years Experience coaching wellness needs
  • Less than 1 year Dietetic Internship
  • Registered Dietitian (RD)
  • Licensed Dietitian in the State of Florida

Nice to have:

  • Master's Degree
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
