If you're a qualified Personal Trainer with a knack for building relationships and a heart for supporting older Australians, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Job Responsibility:

  • Centre Leadership -Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the centre is welcoming, safe, and well-managed
  • Client Engagement - Support clients through a mix of social, wellness, and fitness-focused programs
  • Event & Program Coordination - Plan and deliver engaging activities such as group fitness sessions, morning teas, and health-focused events
  • Community Outreach - Build relationships with local GPs, businesses and community groups to promote our centre and virtual services
  • Group Class Support - Use your PT experience to assist Exercise Physiologists with fun, functional movement sessions

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Fitness (Personal Trainer)
  • AUSactive registration (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Working with Children Check
  • Valid driver’s licence + reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel locally (within 30 minutes) for community engagement
  • Willingness to obtain an International Police Check if required
