At Christadelphian Aged Care, we’re seeking a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Team Leader to inspire, guide, and energise our wellbeing team at our Gladesville home. This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate Wellbeing Team Leader to join Christadelphian Aged Care’s team in Gladesville, NSW. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team that delivers person-centred care and support to residents, promoting their overall wellbeing and quality of life. As our Wellbeing Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping the emotional and social heartbeat of our home by:

Job Responsibility

  • Leading and supporting a dedicated team of Wellbeing Coordinators to deliver exceptional, person-centred experiences
  • Designing and rolling out meaningful programs and activities that reflect the unique needs, interests, and stories of each resident
  • Creating a warm, inclusive team culture where support, creativity, and care thrive
  • Collaborating closely with care teams—nursing, allied health, and others—to ensure holistic, whole-person care
  • Monitoring outcomes and continuously improving how we support wellbeing and quality of life
  • Ensuring compliance with aged care standards, policies, and procedures to keep residents safe and supported

Requirements

  • Cert IV in Leisure & Health is desirable but if you have experience in a similar Wellbeing Team Leader or Lifestyle Coordinator role within the aged care sector, please apply
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care principles and a commitment to enhancing the wellbeing and quality of life for older people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families and colleagues
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing engaging wellbeing programs and activities
  • Familiarity with aged care regulations, standards and best practices
  • COVID Vaccination Evidence
  • Right to work in Australia with unrestricted work rights
