Requirements

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
  • A Creative spark to develop programmes and activities
  • Engage with your team, communicating with them, empowering them, challenging them and giving them opportunities to grow
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in leisure or entertainment (a plus but not essential)
  • Empathy and passion for making a difference in older people’s lives
