Compass Associates is proudly working with the leading Employee Assistance Programme provider to recruit for a Wellbeing Counsellor for their 24/7 helpline. You will be based at the Dublin office where your role will involve providing compassionate, safe, in-the-moment emotional support and guidance to individuals using the helpline. Working within the BACP's code of ethics, you will provide high quality support to callers who may be at risk or in emotional distress or mental health crisis. During each call, you will conduct clinical and risk assessments, provide appropriate advice and signposting to relevant services and professionals, and maintain accurate clinical records. Although this is a fast-paced helpline environment, you will also have allocated time each week where you will deliver structured video counselling to your own caseload of clients.
