Job Description:

Christadelphian Aged Care is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in North Parramatta, NSW. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) that will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through the development and implementation of tailored wellbeing programs.

Job Responsibility:

Work with the Wellbeing Team Leader to deliver engaging person-centred wellbeing programmes
Support our Residents to live with dignity, joy and purpose
Work collaboratively with a supportive value driven team
Make a real difference in someone’s day – every day

Requirements:

Cert IV in Leisure and Health (desirable)
Experience supporting residents with dementia
A caring team focused attitude with excellent communication skills
NDIS Worker Screening
Proof of Australian work rights
Minimum of 2 covid vaccinations
NDIS Worker Screening
