Job Description:

Christadelphian Aged Care is seeking a Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in North Parramatta, NSW. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) that will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents through the development and implementation of tailored wellbeing programs.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with the Wellbeing Team Leader to deliver engaging person-centred wellbeing programmes
  • Support our Residents to live with dignity, joy and purpose
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive value driven team
  • Make a real difference in someone’s day – every day

Requirements:

  • Cert IV in Leisure and Health (desirable)
  • Experience supporting residents with dementia
  • A caring team focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • NDIS Worker Screening
  • Proof of Australian work rights
  • Minimum of 2 covid vaccinations
  • NDIS Worker Screening

  • Maximise the use of resources that are available to support with provision of meaningful engagement opportunities. Ensure risk assessments are completed for all activities and outings and reviewed as appropriate
