Job Description:

We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promote general health and mental wellbeing of residents, maintaining quality of life
  • provide and assist residents to access and participate in a range of recreational activities
  • communicate effectively with residents, staff, families, visitors, and health care professionals
  • observe, monitor and record condition of residents while delivering activities and care
  • help residents to keep mobile and contribute to moving and handling using correct techniques
  • support health and safety of residents, self, other staff and visitors
  • ensure all interactions with residents are beneficial to their health and wellbeing
  • support Manager in implementation of Managing Falls and Fractures
  • support Manager in implementation of The Care …. About Physical Activity Agenda
  • attend mandatory training
  • maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work as part of our team
  • must already have the right to work in the UK
  • hold a UK driving licence (question in application)
