We are looking for a Wellbeing Coordinator who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will need to be willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment as well as have excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of our team.
Job Responsibility:
Promote general health and mental wellbeing of residents, maintaining quality of life
provide and assist residents to access and participate in a range of recreational activities
communicate effectively with residents, staff, families, visitors, and health care professionals
observe, monitor and record condition of residents while delivering activities and care
help residents to keep mobile and contribute to moving and handling using correct techniques
support health and safety of residents, self, other staff and visitors
ensure all interactions with residents are beneficial to their health and wellbeing

Requirements:
