Connex Community Support is passionate about helping people live independently and well within their communities, and this role plays a key part in supporting residents to maximise their independence, wellbeing and quality of life. The postholder will provide one-to-one advice and guidance, arrange guest speakers and offer tailored signposting to practical, emotional and social support. The aim is to ensure residents feel confident, empowered and supported in their daily lives.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering 1:1 advice, guidance, and signposting
Arranging guest speakers and wellbeing-focused activities
Supporting older residents to maintain independence and quality of life
Requirements:
Experience in advice, guidance, and signposting
Experience working with older people or in a supported living environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to arrange and coordinate activities and guest speakers
