Job Responsibility:
Bringing Monster’s wellbeing strategy to life through high-impact activation programmes
Owning the end-to-end delivery — planning, scheduling, coordination and execution
Partnering closely with Internal Comms to cut through with engaging, multi-channel messaging
Activating and scaling a wellbeing champion network across regions
Working cross-functionally with leaders, teams and external providers to maximise reach and relevance
Tracking engagement, analysing insights and continuously levelling things up
Confidently presenting, hosting sessions, piloting initiatives and getting stuck in wherever needed
Requirements:
Proven project management experience across multiple initiatives
Strong communication skills and high-impact PowerPoint capability
Knowledge of wellbeing, mental health, positive psychology or behavioural change
Confidence working with data, platforms and providers
A hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up mindset — no ego, just impact
