Job Description:

A friendly and diverse Secondary School in Camden is searching for a Well-being Support Assistant to join their friendly, supportive, and successful team. This role will begin September 2025, supporting pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5 with students requiring additional support due to various SEND/SEMH needs.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support to pupils with SEND and/or Social Inclusion needs
Work alongside a supportive, friendly, and determined inclusion staff
Facilitate the differentiation of tasks for students
Work with small groups or individual students on specific tasks

Requirements:

Psychology graduate
Experience or awareness of young people with possible barriers to learning
Outgoing graduate ready for the next stage of their career
Hardworking, committed, and excited to help all pupils flourish
Flexible, open minded and strong communication skills
Genuine passion for working in education
