Job Responsibility:

Planning and organizing corporate events, workshops, and team-building meetings
Initiating and coordinating employee well-being programs
Collaborating with suppliers and external partners
Monitoring participant satisfaction and reporting event outcomes
Supporting initiatives related to organizational culture and employee engagement

Requirements:

Experience in organizing well-being initiatives and corporate events
Knowledge of well-being concepts and their importance within an organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and initiative in planning events
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in managing projects
Strategic and proactive approach to work
