Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Welfare Labourer for an upcoming start on an ongoing construction project in Tunbridge Wells. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Thorough cleaning of site cabins, canteens, drying rooms, and toilet facilities to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Ensuring all communal areas and office spaces are tidy, stocked, and sanitized
  • Assisting the site team with moving materials, site clearance, and ensuring the site remains safe and organized

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card (Valid and in-date)
  • Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots)
  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Must be able to provide two checkable 'finishing' references from previous site work

  • Act as the Owner’s Representative, ensuring contractors, consultants, and all project participants comply with the client’s HS&E requirements, applicable Thai laws and regulations, and the company’s global HS&E management system
  • Serve as a key advisor to Project Directors and site teams, promoting a strong safety culture and continuous improvement
  • Involved in the implementation of HS&E policies, plans, and standards for all construction projects under the PMCM business line
  • Represent the Owner (Client) on HS&E matters at project sites, ensuring contractors comply with the approved Construction Safety Plan, Environmental Management Plan, and all legal requirements
