About the Role and School We are seeking a committed Welfare, admin and Examinations Officer to join a dedicated team in a thriving primary & secondary school in the borough of Newham. The school, rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted, is focused on maintaining accurate assessment and reporting processes that support student progress and achievement. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Welfare and admin, administration of all internal and external examinations, ensuring compliance with awarding body regulations. In addition, you will play a key role in managing student data, supporting assessment processes, and providing detailed analysis to senior leadership. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of examinations and the effective use of data in tracking student performance.

Requirements
Strong organisational and analytical skills, with experience in Welfare & Admin, data management and exam administration
Proficiency in HOB Mis or similar school management systems (desirable)
The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritise tasks effectively
Knowledge of exam board regulations, school assessments, and statutory reporting requirements
High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with school policies and procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with staff, students, and external bodies
Level 3 qualifications or higher, in Maths, English, Science and ICT
Prior experience of planning, assessment, school improvement, Behaviour management, use of ICT
