Job Description:

This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and will be responsible for performing various welding activities using established production procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Operating welders
Performing machine changeovers
Performing quality checks
Operating weld robot

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
Prior MIG welding experience of one (1) year preferred, but not required
Weld test both practical and written required
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and other simple documents
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and looks for ways to promote quality
Observes safety procedures
Maintains good attendance and work ethic
Hand tool experience is a plus.
