Job Description

We are seeking a trade-qualified Welder / Fabricator to join our client. This is a diverse role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, craftsmanship, and seeing a project through from the initial build to the final installation. The Opportunity: This role offers a mix of workshop-based fabrication and onsite installation work. You will be working on a wide range of bespoke and custom projects, primarily utilising Stainless Steel and Mild Steel however you'll be exposed to a huge range of metals.

Job Responsibility

Fabrication and welding of custom projects in the workshop
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Measuring up potential jobs onsite & installation of finalised projects
Working across a variety of metals

Requirements

Must hold a Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) or equivalent
High-standard MIG welding skills are essential
Proficiency in TIG is preferred
however, we are happy to provide ongoing support for a candidate who has the right foundations and a willingness to learn
A focus on neat, high-quality finishes
A positive attitude and the ability to work well within their small team

Nice to have

Proficiency in TIG is preferred
