Job Responsibility:

Innovate: Work on high-precision fixtures using state-of-the-art MIG equipment
Deliver quality: Work to tight tolerances where every weld matters for global safety
Collaborate: Use overhead cranes and jigs in a flow-based environment that keeps things moving efficiently
Protect: Lead by example with a safety-first mindset that keeps you and your team-mates safe

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Welding (or equivalent)
Solid experience in a MIG welding environment
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work rotating shifts
Ready to pass a trade test and prove your precision
