Job Description:

Join our dynamic team at OMNIC, a Guinness World Record holder for the largest fully automated parcel locker, as a Skilled Welder. In this impactful role, you will be instrumental in supporting innovative projects that promote sustainable transformations in logistics and retail. Your expertise will contribute to creating groundbreaking solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive our mission of sustainability forward.

Job Responsibility:

Perform welding tasks to produce high-quality products in accordance with project specifications
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand project requirements and implement effective solutions
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions from the shop floor

Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant welding experience preferred, with a minimum of less than 1 year acceptable
Basic proficiency in welding techniques and practices
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Willingness to work on-site in Rustavi
Full-time availability required
Basic communication skills in English (A1/A2 level)
