Requirements

Hold a valid CWB certification or demonstrate the immediate ability to pass a CWB test
Possess a welding diploma from an institution such as Sheridan, Conestoga, or Humber
Ability to interpret complex blueprints in both metric and imperial
For Fitter-Welder position only: Demonstrate at least 5 years of professional experience as a Fitter-Welder

Job Responsibility

Perform high-quality MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welds on stainless steel assemblies
Read complex blueprints in both metric and imperial measurements
Operate fabrication machinery including drills, grinders, and cutting tools
For Fitter-Welder position only: Fit and tack metal components based on technical engineering drawings
For Fitter-Welder position only: Mentor and train junior employees and production welders
