You will be the vital link between technical drawings and tangible structures. Your day involves not only delivering high-quality, precise welds but also assisting your colleagues with the physical assembly of components. Job Responsibility:

  • Precision Welding: Deliver high-quality, precise welds in line with internal procedures and client specifications, including assembling components and applying correct weld numbering
  • Process Management: Prepare materials for welding (cleaning, grinding, gouging) and work from drawings and WPS to complete various types of joints and assemblies
  • Maintenance & Repair: Carry out repairs when needed in consultation with the supervisor, and ensure maintenance of all tools, welding equipment, and materials
  • Assembly & Support: Assist with assembly work on constructions when required
  • provide general support to the team when welding activities are not planned
  • Safety Focus: Always work safely and maintain a tidy and secure work environment

Requirements:

  • Experience as a welder who enjoys hands-on assembly work
  • Strong 'hands-on' attitude and technical insight to interpret drawings and welding procedures (WPS)
  • Flexible with consistent attention to detail and safety
  • Proficient in Dutch or English
  • Valid VCA Basic Safety certificate
  • Driver’s license B and own transport
