Job Responsibility

Primary responsibility is performing STICK welding, with additional tasks including MIG and Flux-core welding on mild steel and some stainless steel
Travel daily from the company site in Waterloo to various project locations across the Kitchener-Waterloo-Cambridge area
Execute roof reinforcements and other structural steel installations for the condominium market
Install industrial railings and structural components for Conestoga College
Perform shop fabrication as well as essential non-welding tasks, such as buffing, grinding, and securing railings and structures using bolts and various fasteners
Work collaboratively within a small, dedicated team of three, led by an experienced fabricator
