Job Responsibility

Weld, fabricate, rework and maintain tools, tooling, assemblies, manufacturing parts, production/experimental items and plant infrastructure of all types and materials and systems pertaining to it
Effectively communicate and cooperate with operations and other support functions
Work in conformance with local, state and federal codes and regulations, blueprints, specifications, trade practice, shop practice and verbal or written instructions
Maintain any licenses or certificates as required by local, state and federal codes and regulations within the geographical area, as pertains to the individual skill set performing such work
Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, remote overhead crane, weld condition machines, sandblasters, brake press/shears, and stress relief ovens as applicable
Perform work on aerial platforms, rail cars, and elevated structures and scaffolding as applicable
Training new methods and advanced technologies
