The Welcome Team Sales Executive at Gaynes Park is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service by conducting show rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours, providing a seamless and engaging experience. Artemis Venue Services are leaders in the business of weddings. We work in successful partnership with exclusive wedding and events venues across the UK to develop venues, build wedding businesses, generate wedding and events bookings, manage and operate venues and provide outstanding catering and event management.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting visit checks ahead of showrounds with the welcome team manager
Conducting show rounds, showcases, and virtual venue tours
Maintain expert knowledge on the services Gaynes Park provides
Supporting the follow up process with every couple post visit with the welcome team manager
Strive to reach monthly sales targets
Onboard all confirmed weddings and arrange welcome back meetings with every confirmed couple alongside the welcome team manager
Following the welcome back meeting, professionally hand over the couple to the events team including all wedding information you have gathered from the couple
Weekly meetings with the welcome team manager / regional sales manager to discuss the previous and upcoming week of show rounds, discuss conversions and targets
