Job Description:

We are looking to appoint Welcome Hosts to deliver a five-star standard service to our guests and ensure the delivering of the highest levels of guest experience, providing warm hospitality and impeccable service. This is an exciting and varied role which will see you as our warm and friendly Host, working across multiple departments including Reception, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile
  • Provide the highest level of hospitality when working on reception or in restaurant and bars
  • Ensure guests are aware of the hotel’s facilities and provide personalised recommendations
  • Ensure high standards are delivered and maintained at all times
  • Provide warmest hospitality to ensure guests want to return
  • Support different departments often at busy times

Requirements:
