The Welcome Host provides expert brand knowledge, ensures a seamless and personalized client experience, fosters team cohesion, contributes to business performance, and maintains operational excellence within the Audemars Piguet boutique.
Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate mastery of AP brand fundamentals, history, heritage, products, and services
Proactively enhance knowledge of industry trends
Provide a welcoming atmosphere conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, and simplicity
Act as the client's primary point of contact, coordinating appointments
Ensure client comfort, provide refreshments per AP guidelines
Anticipate and assist with colleagues' needs
Respond to client feedback for continuous improvement
Seek ways to enhance the client experience
Foster open and professional communication with the team
Maintain a positive and supportive attitude
Communicate effectively to meet client hospitality needs
Contribute to achieving monthly and yearly KPIs
Seek ways to increase sales and improve client experience
Participate in training and development programs
Enhance the AP brand reputation

Participate in team meetings and events
Ensure compliance with AP company policies, procedures, and guidelines
Manage boutique's client appointment schedule via AP platforms

Ensure actions align with AP practices and legal requirements
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in luxury watch industry is a plus
Previous experience in managing client relationships and client experience in a luxury retail environment, provide top quality service and handle complaints effectively
Fluent English language skills are a must, Arabic a plus
Great sense of initiative
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Excellent customer management skills
