Job Description:

The Welcome Duty Manager at W Melbourne assists in administering Welcome Desk functions, supervises daily operations, and serves as the property Duty Manager to ensure the highest level of hospitality. The role involves overseeing Welcome Ambassador, Wheels, Concierge, Whatever/Whenever, and Welcome Desk teams, managing guest interactions, and maximizing department performance in a luxury hotel setting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assists the Welcome Manager in administering Welcome Desk functions and supervising Talents on a daily basis
  • Serves as the property Duty Manager and oversees all property operations, ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service are provided
  • Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation
  • Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the Living Room
  • Ensures guest and talent satisfaction and maximises the financial performance of the department
