Job Responsibility:
Providing a fab welcome experience to our guests
Checking guests in, ensuring that all guest preferences are fulfilled and retrieving all necessary guest information
Checking guests out and assuring yourself that they had a blast with us
Being the first point of contact for guests and providing information of all facilities we have
Answering phone calls and emails
Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to be able to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences
Creating memorable experiences and Whatever/Whenever moments
You will be working in a fast paced environment, under pressure, with loud music
You will be on rotating shifts (early, late and even night)
We are ALL-IN, and have more teams that we cooperate with . We expect you to be flexible to work with other departments
Communicating with your team and other departments is key

Requirements:
Minimum length of internship 20 weeks
You must be a student of a hospitality related educational program
Fluency in English
