As a Welcome Desk Supervisor you will be responsible for managing the Welcome talents to ensure a warm and welcoming experience to all guests and to ensure all talents provide a WOW service. The Welcome team is responsible for a sensory welcome experience and a seamless departure experience for all guests, whilst also ensuring a sense of fun.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the Welcome talents to ensure a warm and welcoming experience to all guests and to ensure all talents provide a WOW service
Participate in the daily tasks of the department while being a reference for the W spirit and concept and the brand standards
Welcome and take care of customers from check-in to check-out with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure a WOW effect and anticipate and respond to customers' needs
Advise guests on the hotel's services, terms and conditions, and any other requirements to ensure a memorable experience
Responsible for the communication with the guests by phone or email and report the necessary information to the different departments of the hotel
Verify and invoice services, collect bills and control deferred payments
Cover the day shifts and nights shifts
Requirements:
Passionate about the W brand
Prior experience in managing a Welcome Office in a high and lifestyle kind of environment
Excellent people skills and an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life
Creative and always think of new ways of doing things, embrace change
Enjoy a challenge
Real interest in the W brand values: taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience
Fluent in French and English
