Job Description:

W Brisbane is hiring a Part Time Welcome Desk Agent to build memorable and unique experiences for guests, providing the 'W' experience with smart solutions and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide guests with the 'W' experience and surprise and delight them every moment
Build an experience that is memorable and unique
Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Take initiative in guest services

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment
Experience with Opera property management system
Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
Energised in a fast-paced environment
Excellent grooming and presentation skills
Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster with a minimum availability of three days a week
Must be available to work AM, PM, and Overnight Shifts
