Job Description:

The Welcome Coordinator at CVS Health is responsible for creating a seamless experience for patients by delivering excellent assistance. They perform administrative tasks, manage scheduling, and ensure clinic operations are efficient.

Job Responsibility:

Creating an inclusive environment for anyone who walks through the doors
making a positive first and last impression on patients
scheduling patient appointments
managing inbound and outbound phone calls
managing administrative tasks such as fax and mail distribution
