Job Description:

Welcome Ambassador position at W Shanghai - The Bund, responsible for responding to guest requests, providing information about property amenities, processing guest communications, and ensuring guest satisfaction

Job Responsibility:

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Gather and provide information to guests about property and area amenities
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
