Job Description:

A busy operational site is seeking a confident, computer-savvy individual to join their weighbridge team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to be part of a supportive team with a great sense of humour then this could be the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

Managing flow of around 300 vehicles a day across four weighbridges
Greeting drivers and checking paperwork against bookings
Weighing vehicles in and out, recording data in the system
Providing drivers with documentation and ensuring compliance
Cross-referencing weighbridge reports with tickets at the end of each shift

Requirements:

Confidence using computers and Excel
Background in fast-paced admin or customer service
Keen eye for detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
Proactive attitude and willingness to ask for help when needed
Driver's license (to get to the office)

Nice to have:

Previous weighbridge experience
