Job Description:

A busy operational site is seeking a confident, computer-savvy individual to join their weighbridge team. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and want to be part of a supportive team with a great sense of humour then this could be the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing flow of around 300 vehicles a day across four weighbridges
  • Greeting drivers and checking paperwork against bookings
  • Weighing vehicles in and out, recording data in the system
  • Providing drivers with documentation and ensuring compliance
  • Cross-referencing weighbridge reports with tickets at the end of each shift

Requirements:

  • Confidence using computers and Excel
  • Background in fast-paced admin or customer service
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to ask for help when needed
  • Driver's license (to get to the office)
