Job Description:

IKEA Exeter are looking to welcome a Weekend-Only Customer Warehouse Assistant to join our motivated and engaged team. This role is customer-facing, and a varied job role that involves warehouse operational tasks and providing a great customer service. This is a weekend-only contract, working Saturdays (shifts may be between 07:00am and 20:30pm) and Sundays (shifts may be between 08:00am and 17:00pm).

Job Responsibility:

serving customers in our warehouse
enhancing sales
securing stock availability
administrative tasks
ensuring the area is clean, well presented, easy to shop, and ready for the following days delivery
adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
checking over and handing out customer orders
safely and efficiently transporting products and stock within the warehouse

Requirements:

previous customer service experience
enjoy working as part of a team
