Weekend Site Engineering Supervisor

Job Responsibility

  • Plan all required PPM works, including creating & completing Work Orders (WO) and arranging parts
  • Ensure completion of PPM tasks as scheduled
  • Work with Shift Engineer Team Lead to schedule weekday and weekend PPMs
  • Schedule Planned Works (ZM01) required at weekends
  • Lead and actively participate in reactive and planned maintenance activities during weekend shifts
  • Carry out and support fault-finding, diagnostics, and repairs on manufacturing equipment
  • Drive asset care standards, including lubrication, cleaning, inspection, and basic condition monitoring
  • Escalate repeat failures and reliability issues with clear technical feedback to the weekday engineering team
  • Coordinate and prioritise breakdown response to minimise downtime and restore production safely and efficiently
