Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, professional Showroom Host / Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our retail centre. This front-of-house role is key to delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to departure. Saturday 9.00am- 5.00pm Sunday 11am-4.00pm Williams Group provide excellent working facilities and offer a host of other employee benefits such as

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
  • Record and manage customer enquiries accurately
  • Ensure no customer is left unattended in the showroom
  • Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming customer areas
  • Work closely with managers and colleagues to deliver outstanding service.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer-facing or receptionist experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
