As a Receptionist you’ll play a vital role in providing a first-class customer experience to all those who visit our centre; ensuring consistent, efficient and friendly service is given throughout each customer’s experience.
Job Responsibility
Use the Horizon HELLO in all customer interactions
Meet and greet all customers, upon arrival or by telephone, and assist them as required
Process bookings for classes, swimming lessons and our sports facilities
Taking accurate payments in accordance with company policy
Be knowledgeable of and promote all activities, classes, membership options and offers
To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reception Manager
Continuously gain customer feedback through our Net Promoter Score Surveys
Requirements
Previous relevant experience - desirable
Good interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs
Energy and resilience
Adaptability and multi-tasking skills
Proficient with Microsoft programmes, Outlook and booking systems
Customer-focused
Ability to relate to the requirements of customers from all age groups and sectors of society
