Job Description:

We’re looking for Weekend Production Operatives to join the team at our sites in Hereford. No experience necessary, full training is provided! As production operative you’ll be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products. So you’ll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.

Job Responsibility:

  • Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch
  • Labelling and grading of products
  • Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg

Requirements:

  • Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
  • The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
  • Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks

Nice to have:

Experience within a production/manufacturing environment
