Job Description:

We are seeking a Millwright - 433A to join a dynamic manufacturing team in the Cambridge, ON area. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive wage of $46.11/hour. This role provides the opportunity to work on cutting-edge equipment in a state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate is a licensed millwright with a passion for troubleshooting and continuous improvement. We are looking for an experienced Millwright - 433A who wants to take their career to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Actively promote and adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Install, repair, and maintain a wide range of production equipment
  • Maintain meticulous records of all maintenance activities within the computerized maintenance management system
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance activities to enhance asset health and reliability
  • Provide immediate troubleshooting and support during all equipment downtime events
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

Requirements:

  • Millwright certification 433a
  • Able to troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • At least 2-5 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility ideally from a food manufacturer
  • Great problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to travel to Cambridge, ON

Nice to have:

  • Experience with welding, fabrication, and basic machining
  • Previous experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment
