Job Responsibility

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilds, and repairs on a range of industrial equipment, including Conveyors, gearboxes, valves, VFDs, and chain drives, Hydraulics and pneumatics systems, Pumps, small motors (under 450 HP), simple boilers and heaters, Basic pressurized piping and light welding
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, lubrication, and equipment inspections
  • Support upgrade projects and respond to critical equipment failures
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to ensure uptime and reliability

Requirements

  • Journeyman or Red Seal Millwright certification (mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial Food & Beverage, Pharma, or Packaging setting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to safety
