Robert Half is working with a rapidly growing leader in Enterprise AI and predictive analytics technology to identify a highly strategic and execution-oriented Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO during a pivotal stage of growth and transformation. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor and operational leader, driving cross-functional initiatives, improving organizational alignment, and helping execute high-priority business objectives across the company. Job Responsibility

  • Prepare high-quality emails, memos, responses, follow-up communications, and other written materials on behalf of the CEO
  • Maintain consistency with the CEO’s communication style while tailoring messaging appropriately for a variety of audiences and situations
  • Monitor commitments, action items, and requests originating from CEO communications. Ensure timely follow-through, track outstanding matters, and maintain visibility into open, pending, and completed items to support efficient executive decision-making
  • Work closely with executive leadership and members of the CEO’s office to ensure communication-driven priorities are aligned with meetings, calendars, projects, and broader organizational initiatives
  • Extract key insights and action items from communications and direct them to the appropriate internal stakeholders, including executive leadership, legal, finance, operations, and communications teams, ensuring smooth execution and minimal bottlenecks
  • Handle highly sensitive business, financial, strategic, and personnel information with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in an Executive Assistant, Executive Communications, Strategic Operations, or Chief of Staff-related capacity
  • Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to draft content in another executive's voice across both formal and informal communications
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands and determine appropriate escalation paths
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a demonstrated track record of flawless execution and follow-through
  • High emotional intelligence and executive presence, with experience interacting professionally with Board members, investors, senior executives, and external stakeholders
  • Flexibility to support executive communications outside traditional business hours and across multiple time zones when necessary
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and modern AI-assisted productivity tools
  • experience with Claude or similar AI platforms is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
