Lead the team on the day-to-day operations of the Extra Care service, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
Support colleagues, providing guidance, coaching, and encouragement to maintain high standards of service and professionalism
Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all tenants and staff by maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Liaise with healthcare professionals, carers, tenants and families to ensure support is given to facilitate internal and external services
Refer to staffing rotas for weekend, monitor attendance, and address any performance or conduct issues promptly and fairly, by reporting to the Operations or Deputy Manager
Respond to and resolve any incidents or emergencies efficiently and compassionately
Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident logs, and the daily paperwork required to complete
Promote a positive and inclusive culture that empowers tenants and staff alike
Requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory role
GCSE in English at grade C or higher (or equivalent)
Good knowledge of health and safety practices
Knowledge of safeguarding procedures are advantageous, but training will be given
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively across all departments within the building

Flexibility to work additional part-time hours that may include some daytime and evening shifts during the week
