Job Description:

Hey Baby 4D is a private 4D ultrasound clinic in Halton, Leeds. We are looking for a part time experienced clinical receptionist to join our small friendly team at our bespoke clinic, designed to the highest of standards. We pride ourselves on providing a professional service within a warm and welcoming environment. Our customers and their families are at the heart of everything we do.

Job Responsibility:

  • Weekend working
  • Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
  • Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
  • Taking payments in cash and by card
  • Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this)
  • Completing paperwork to confirm that various processes have been undertaken
  • Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
  • Responding to messages from customers on the chat function
  • Opening and locking up the clinic as required
  • Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
  • Conducting stock takes of products
  • Completing job-specific training modules provided by management

Requirements:

  • Registered to work in the UK
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position, with available references
  • Excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) performed prior to commencement of employment
  • Must maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout employment
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
